Anyone who watches Glee could you answer this question?

I have always wondered this... when the Glee club were wondering why Quinn kept throwing up Puck said that she was pregnant, they asked who the father was and he told them it was Finn, so how come later Puck gets annoyed at the fact that everyone thinks Finn is the father of the baby when he's the one who told them that?
