Florida and Michigan are two very important states. What is going to happen if those delegates are not seated?

sadly enough its up to the DNC. but it looks promising. i saw a segment a few days ago that since Obama campaigned in MI b4 MI changed the date that in the rules that means the delegates have to be counted. something like that. i need to verify this story, or if you wanna, let me know what you find. :)
