And then tells the Judge that he heard when he was young that I was Bipolar and on lithium, and that my husband is defrauding the county by collecting pay for care giving he is not really doing, but does not prove any of this for one reason no one took him to task on it, but not one word of it is true. This is my son that said this about me. My husband is not his Bio father. This has cost me my visitation rights to my Grand Children and i am severly depressed. Can I bring suit against my son and his Exwife for saying asinating our character like this? My husband is a retired police officer, not a care giver.
