Unknown species of crustation please help?

I took a picture at work of a species of crustation which work is ping off as a "dragon shrimp". Upon further research it looks nothing like a shrimp. More like a mutated rolliepollie or "sow bug" its roughly a foot long and about the with of your hand. Compound eyes and a roughly 30 legs. The aquatic creature is a soft pink which leads me to believe that it doesnt live close enough to the surface of the ocean. I have posted the picture on my 360 page, can anyone help me please.
