Is this pain n bleeding norman?

so me n my gf are both 18, im very worried, recently my girl took Plan B, the morning after pill, last wed, and recently shes been having a lot of pain and was in the shower on the ground crying..and she was bleeding a little bit from down their, i think the little bleeding mightve been from too much aggressive which did make her bleed, but i didnt c her today...is the pills connected to this? or is something else wrong?
