What is a rough ballpark price to put a single-wide mobile home on a permanent foundation?
First, the home will need to be moved away from the site, so concrete can be poured. Depending on your area of the country, this can be several hundred to a couple thousand, including reset. Next, the slab would be poured, which may run 2500-3500 depending on the size of the home. Finally, you would have the home reset and then have concrete blocks fill in the skirting area. The total should be less than $8,000. Call a local mobile home supplier and they can give you exact figures. They can also recommend reputable contractors.
