Can someone please help me? I have no clue what's going on and I feel disconnected from reality?

I have the exact same symptoms as you. I was told that it was caused by depression and general anxiety. You may have it as well. You should talk to your doctor about recommending a psychiatrist. They'll suggest medication which may help.
