Maid of Honor duties??

The most important things to discuss will be the bridal shower and bachelorette party. It is expected that you will plan the shower. Since you are from out of town you are still expected to help out financially and attend. As for the bachelorette party I think you should find out what she would like, help organize it amongst the other bridesmaids but you do not need to attend do to your distance. I would make sure that you get her to communicate her expectations of you since you are out of town. Some brides understand the limitations while others expect the exact same from any MOH. Good Luck.
