Name for a main character?

Okay, so the idea for this is that there's a boy and a girl, and they are like the physical embodiments of good and evil, yin and yang, blah blah blah... and there are two dimensions, and even though the guy (representing good) is in the one dimension, there's this sickness spreading, and so he goes to OUR dimension and kidnaps the girl, who has no clue about any of this. The main idea is that good can't exist without evil, light and darkness need each other to survive, and that nothing can totally be one or the other. So, I need a name for the guy. The girl's name is Devon, and I need something sorta magical, Lord of the Rings sounding for the guy that gels well with Devon, and I don't want it TOO outlandish or strange. I've been thinking and thinking for FOREVER but can't thing of anything. Please help?
