How do Christians who allege that different Christian cults don't hate each other explain...?

I think the biggest issues in Ireland are not Faith based but political. However I must say as a Christian I believe there is a level of hate among denominations. Like Catholics and Protestants. I was taught as a protestant that catholics were evil, but I later learned it was the Baptist we had to worry about:)
