Is my frogs former home ok?

Well,I'll be getting two African dwarf frogs,and the website I want to get it on wild creations.com,sell them in these 4 by 4 little cubicles which seems OUTRAGOUS to me. I'd say it's probably a 1/4 gallon and I heard it's 1 gallon per frog.so, I used to have them in that size,and personally they seemed fine,but I'm thinking of buying 2.5 galling tank if that's wut everyone thinks is appropriate,(I know I do)
