Next door is playing loud music and my guinea pigs live outside!?

Do you have a spare room or a spare bathtub? Bring them inside, along with all their food bowls and water, etc. Put them in the room or bathtub for now. Make sure they have food and water. It's also good to have someone supervising them. If you choose to use your bathtub, cover the hole with a plug or something.
