Why cant my ex tell me how he feels ?

well one did u break up with him or did he break up with you if u broke up with him he may not tell u cause he might think u dont care and if he does have feelings for u he might not wanna get hurt and if he tells his friend u r a good kisser then he is messed up no friend should tell stuff bout his ex i ve never done that or said anything bout my ex so i seriously dont know why he is saying that
