Your opinion please.....................?

Are you making white stroganoff or the traditional red stroganoff? I love the more traditional red. A good New York Cheesecake is always an appropiate choice. Cake or pie is too heavy. Your meal is very heavy and you want a light dessert. I always get a fabulous response with poached pears and french vanilla ice cream.
